Investigation Division

This division Investigates, complaints/reports of procurements made by government institutions outside established procedures and guidelines, and reports the officers responsible for such procurements to the relevant authorities for necessary action and take measures not to repeat such lapses in future procurements. Submit Observations and Reports for Cabinet Memorandums which are directed to NPC on Procurement related matters.
The Division is headed by the Director (Investigations).
