Policy Division

The Procurement Policy Division handles the Functions of Policy Formulation, Standardization and Policy Reforms for Public Procurements. Division provides observations and recommendations to the Commission on policy-related matters in this context. Capacity Building Programmes, Training and Awareness creation of the Procuring Entities are also entrusted to this Division. It submits Observations and Reports for Cabinet Memorandums directed to the NPC on procurement-related matters.
The Division is headed by the Director (Policy).
